About Francisco Escalante
Cisco is an internationally renowned Sports Performance Coach with over 15 years of experience helping professional and youth athletes maximize performance and reduce injury risks. His expertise spans strength training, conditioning, speed development, and late-stage rehabilitation.
After completing his degree in Mexico, Cisco moved to Europe to pursue his career, working with top football, tennis, and athletic clubs. In 2013, he founded Smasher Training Systems, now one of Hungary’s leading sports performance centers, located on Budapest’s iconic Margaret Island.
Cisco has trained elite athletes across multiple sports—including soccer, ice hockey, tennis, athletics, golf. His specialization goes beyond traditional strength and conditioning: with a deep knowledge of speed, agility, and footwork, he designs programs that meet the unique demands of each sport.
Drawing from his professional soccer background and continuous study of sport-specific movement, Cisco has developed a unique training methodology. His approach ensures athletes not only build strength but also transform it into the speed, agility, and performance required in competition.
Beyond athletes, Cisco also works with people of all levels—from beginners to business leaders. He has trained CEOs, celebrities and office professionals, applying the same proven sports principles he uses with elite athletes to help them improve fitness, energy, and overall health.
